Then the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is the role for you In essence, you are the face of Hollstadt for our candidates. Our TAS rockstars are always working to ensure we have a good pipeline of the best candidates that fit our footprint coming in to meet and work with our team.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Hollstadt, your primary job duties are to source, identify and screen candidates through proactive recruiting techniques. By interviewing the candidates, you'll determine if each candidate has the necessary core skills to warrant a face-to-face interview with our recruiters and eventually be placed up for interview by the client. In addition to screening qualified candidates for positions within the organization, the Talent Acquisition Specialist must also effectively promote Hollstadt to candidates by identifying the needs of potential consultants and then presenting ways in which Hollstadt can offer them solutions to those needs.
