- Manage due diligence processes, including inspections and title searches.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective property selling strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders to support acquisition efforts.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting acquisitions.
- Business and/or sales experience required with proven track record.
