    Job Title: Inside Sales RepReports to: Sales Manager
    MGC Pure Chemicals America, Inc. is an expanding and stable chemical manufacturing ISO-certified company, located in the Mesa/Queen Creek area.
    Overview:The Inside Sales Rep role is an entry-level position and will contribute to MPCA's success as a person coordinating the sales/manufacturing/logistics relationship to fulfill customer requirements and expectations.
    ** Salary - No Commission **

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Promote and support MPCA's safe workplace philosophy.
    • Support the efforts of the Sales Department, as needed.
    • After training assist Sales Staff in preparing presentations for end customers to promote MPCA and to gain information concerning their activities.
    • Create sales goals per customer.
    • Identify new opportunities or challenges.
    • Create weekly and monthly reports for assigned responsibilities.
    • Includes preparing and reporting Intel DOI report.
    • Be back up for Sales Administrative Assistant position.
    • Support the logistics department with inventory, forecasts and shipping requirements.
    • Support production with customer forecasts and usage changes.
    • Assist in being MPCA's internal window to our customers.
    • Assist in handling all RFQs, Specification Reviews and Customer requests through the CRF process. This includes initiating, responding and entering final feedback from customer on requests.
    • Create customer inventory reports (DOI), material purchase orders, accuracy to forecast reports, on-time delivery requests from the primary vendor, and other reports deemed necessary.
    • Customer Web Portals - assist as required for the business with all customer website portals for interaction as required.
    • Secure market conditions for customers/competitors from Industry Contacts that support both arenas.
    • Identify ways to improve profitability. Includes communicating with the General Manager, Sales and technical Sales Manager, and Customers on unplanned demurrage for bulk ISO deliveries.
    • Create and present presentations internally and for customers.
    • Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
    • Support the sales department and administration as needed.
    • Gain customer and industry knowledge. Includes completing market analysis for both Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide.
    • Update customer action reports per their schedules.
    • Manage assigned projects and report progress weekly to the General Manager, Sales.
    • Submit a monthly report detailing the prior month's activities.
    • Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
    • Other duties needed by the company as directed by management.
    Qualifications and Knowledge:
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • A Chemical Manufacturing background is preferred.
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
    Education, Experience, and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
    • 3 years minimum experience in an outside sales position.
