    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team.

    As an integral part of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations.

    Analysis and reconciliation for general ledger account.
    Prepare financial information and financial reports for monthly internal financial reporting package.
    Analyze activity in accounts reported on the balance sheet.
    Prepare internal reports including budgets, cash forecasts, and sales summaries.
    Prepare job cost analysis for completed projects and work in process.
    Perform analysis on key segments of information and provide recommendations on plan of action.
    Provide effective insight into current and future projects.
    Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned.
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
    ~Knowledge of general accepted accounting and auditing practices and principles
    ~ Outstanding organization and planning abilities
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    ~ Experience utilizing Power BI for financial and accounting analysis.
