The Service Company of the Nordhausen District is a 100% subsidiary of the Nordhausen District.

More than 190 employees work in the fields of road management, swimming pool management, technical property management, building cleaning, real estate management, project management, and refugee coordination.

The service offerings of the Service Company are primarily aimed at municipal institutions and locally based companies.


We are looking for you as a Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.


Your tasks in the accounting team:

  • Processing daily tasks in (digital) document management
  • Handling of accounts payable and receivable using cost centers
  • Conducting ongoing payment transactions
  • General office organization tasks

Your profile:

  • Training as a tax clerk or equivalent qualification in the commercial sector
  • Professional experience in financial accounting
  • Current knowledge of tax law is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and DATEV
  • Independent and careful way of working
  • Personal commitment and teamwork skills
