As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking support in purchasing administration (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Charlotte Harbor, FL.


Your responsibilities:


  • Creation of inquiries, comparison of offers, WorkOn and info set maintenance
  • Allocation of current plant EZRS requirements (metal semifinished products, surfaces, services for production, packaging, DIN and standard parts, cable & wire)
  • Allocation of machining parts and plastic injection molded parts that cannot be produced in the plant and are therefore externally manufactured
  • Inquiry or update of conditions for MAE & MRO services, conclusion of leasing and maintenance contracts
  • Agreement of standard conditions with service providers or MRO suppliers for plantspecific requirements
  • Continuous maintenance of approximately 90 active framework agreements with various suppliers with a volume of around 900TEUR per year
  • Improvement of deadlines, escalation management in case of processing problems, tracking and imposition of contractual penalties, as well as invoice control for type, scope and hourly rates of services provided

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an industrial clerk
  • Professional experience in purchasing and understanding of technical connections
  • Good IT skills, especially in SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
