From school to the workforce

Our new apprentices (m/f/d) can expect an interesting and diverse program during an introductory week in Riedlingen. Trainings on products, IT programs, SAP, legal basics, etc. will take place. During the production tour, apprentices have the opportunity to experience firsthand how our LINITHERM insulation boards are made. The introductory days also include plenty of excitement, fun, and activities. To get to know each other, there are many joint activities with apprentices from different locations.

Independent participation in projects

Maintaining customer and supplier contacts

Supporting internal business processes in all commercial and business departments

Independent coordination of daily tasks

Learning how to use Office, SAP, and other computer
