Administrative Assistant - Production Control (m/f/d)

Production Area AUT - MiniCB

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Disposition of inhouse manufactured assemblies
  • Planning and monitoring of production orders with DCP
  • Processing of deadline inquiries and coordination of deadline changes with sales, divisions, and production
  • Maintenance and sizing of Kanban control loops
  • Support and implementation of technical and organizational improvement projects to stabilize the MiniCB area
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Education in a technical or commercial profession
  • Desired: completed further education (master craftsman, technician, or business administrator)
  • Several years of experience in production
  • Good to very good PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, CNX, Miro) and SAP
  • Desired: knowledge of English
  • High level of initiative and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
