- Entry level Engineer, no experience required.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work with Tarsco team members and interact with individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of strength of materials and stress analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- Knowledge of Mathcad, Excel or similar programs.
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles.
- Strong math skills including advanced geometry, calculus, and physics.
- Develop knowledge of designs and calculations for storage tanks, vessels, and associated structures per API 650, 620, 653, AWWA, ASME Section VIII and internal company standards.
- Create accurate design calculations and design drawings.
- Provide support and coordinate with engineers, estimators, sales, project managers and design draftsman as pre-contract and contract work requires.
- Incorporating appropriate code and customer requirements into designs.
- Running and reviewing output of internal automated design programs.
- Work as a team member toward the successful completion of projects.

Entry Level Engineer working within the engineering department performing entry-level design and analysis for storage tanks, vessels, and associated structures per applicable standards, codes, internal company standards, and customer specifications. Candidate will be working under the guidance of the engineering manager and senior design engineers. Applicants must be detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.
