    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Bilingual Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong organizational and communication skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
    Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, both in English and Spanish.
    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
    Translate documents, emails, and other communications from English to Spanish and vice versa.
    Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
    Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
    Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
    Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    Assist in the organization of office events and meetings.
    Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
    Requirements:

    Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
    Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in an administrative role.
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
