    This is a front desk/office assistant position which will require acting in a supporting role to management and other office staff.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Checking phone messages every morning, logging all calls and distributing the messages to the appropriate person

    · Greeting clients and visitors as they come in and showing them to the correct office.

    · Answering phones- Taking a detailed message and ensuring that the messages are promptly delivered to the appropriate person.

    · Assisting with writing correspondence letters and mailings

    · Bringing up the mail, sorting and distributing to appropriate parties.

    · Responsible for outgoing mail, FedEx and any additional mailings

    · Scanning incoming rent checks with envelope and distributing as directed

    · Filing / Creating files / Organizing Files

    · Maintaining the office equipment by ordering supplies, calling for tech support and keeping the areas around the equipment clean

    · Keeping track of office supplies and ordering supplies as needed.

    · Scheduling and confirming meetings and appointments on the calendar

    · Calling Vendors and Service Providers for information

    · Assisting with various projects as directed by management

    Requirements:

    Punctual and responsible

    Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

    Able to Multitask and work in a fast pace environment

    Organized and pay attention to details

    Work efficiently and be a team player

    Bilingual - Spanish
