    On-Site Office Support Specialist/Admin Assistant

    Our Professional Home Care Staffing Company needs a responsible and reliable On-Site Office Support Specialist/Admin Assistant for our Whittier Office.

    Office Support I: Monday-Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am to 1:30
    This is an ongoing part time position with an established healthcare company within a structured office.

    We are seeking a candidate who can commit to a minimum of 1 year to the schedule stated.

    Requirements:
    • The On-Site Office Support Specialist I provide support assistance with emphasis on the full range of clerical duties, data entry, phone and front desk reception, scheduling, etc.
    • The On-Site Office Support Specialist II will assist in preparing and submitting letters to join Medical Health Networks, Worker's Compensation Companies, Health Care Networks, Native Americans, etc.
    • The ideal demeanor and culture are professional and strictly office work environment. Therefore, proper office attire is required.
    • Proficiency in MS Word specially mail merge feature is mandatory. We need someone who knows how to use Microsoft Word, send letters to multiple recipients, has good grammar & punctuation.
    • Proficiency in use of multiple monitors and keyboards are necessary. We need someone who is computer literate and is capable of utilizing various software programs or applications such as slack, excel, etc.
    • We are looking for self-starters, conscientious, take-charge candidates who are capable of managing a front office with minimal supervision.
    • You will be interacting with guests or clients face to face or in phone, so we are in need of someone who is very confident and not shy.
    • We need someone who is articulate and able to communicate effectively with our clients.
    • Good grammar, punctuation and spelling are key requirements for the Office support Specialist II position.

    Examples of work:
    • Mail letters to multiple recipients.
    • Conduct survey calls.
    • Recruit caregivers.
    • Prepare spreadsheets or correspondence.
    • General office duties such as data entry, scanning, faxing, reports etc.
    • Email Management.
    • Facebook Business advertisement Management - reply to inquiries.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School graduate or equivalent is required.
    • One year of General Office Experience performing the full range of office support duties is required.
    • Minimum typing speed of at least 45 words per minute and computer literacy.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and ability to create correspondence (must be a good speller) and letter writer.
    • An ideal candidate is someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Energetic and ability to work in a fast-paced office with minimal supervision.
