    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORManychat is building out its marketing function and we're looking to add a few key hires, one being our first Head of Marketing Operations.

    This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes within the marketing team, driving operational efficiency, and managing the MarTech stack.

    WHAT YOU'LL DOStreamline and improve marketing processesOversee our suite of marketing technology tools ensuring proper integration and utilization, and introducing new tools when appropriateDevelop dashboards and maintain metrics that help drive the overall marketing strategyCollaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and company-wide objectivesWHAT YOU'LL BRING8+ years of related experienceStrong analytical skillsCuriosity and a growth mindsetDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projectsAgency experience is a plusWHAT WE OFFERWe care about your growth, well-being, and comfortProfessional development budget for relevant conference tickets, training programs, or courses.
