    Role Overview:

    Welcome to an empowering opportunity and supportive team where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the core messaging experience at EZ Texting. Your responsibilities will span from contributing to the strategic roadmap priorities to driving the overall delivery of EZ Texting's primary SaaS customer centric solutions.

    The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with demonstrated experience working independently to lead initiatives from start to finish, analyzing user and product data and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. In addition to being responsible for managing customer reporting and messaging workflow solutions, you'll spearhead transformative AI initiatives aimed at enabling our small businesses to harness the full potential of texting for achieving their objectives.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Identify opportunities and oversee the execution of the product roadmap for the core EZ Texting SaaS web application with a focus on timely releases with quality
    • Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications
    • Integrate growth plans, analytics and product metrics, customer feedback and competitive analysis, to drive prioritization of product features and enhancements
    • Work with Product teams, including customer research, QA, Engineering, and key stakeholders in the product development process from research / planning through launch
    • Work with EZ Texting Product leadership on growth plans related to mobile
    • Support and manage joint-development work with key SaaS partners
    • Optimize for execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 5+ years SaaS or scaleable B2B or B2C software product management experience – conceptualizing, defining, and delivering technically oriented products to customers
    • 3+ year of experience in agile workplace environments
    • Ability to work with engineers and understand technical and architectural designs and associated tradeoffs
    • Informed decision-making skills based on best practices, analytics, industry and technology trends
    • Collaborative team player, creative thinker and team influencer
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external partners and customers
    • Ability to manage time and schedules with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines

    What We Offer

    Compensation:

    The starting cash compensation range for this role is $112,000 - $155,000, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only. This position is also eligible for equity & benefits. More information will be shared regarding your specific location during the hiring process.

    Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum cash compensation target for new hire compensation for this position based in the US. Exact individual pay is determined by actual location, skills, capabilities and experience in addition to our benchmarking factors.
