This is an active founding member position. No base salary. Base salary is deferred until post-seed funding, replaced by founding member equity.

Guide Health, a healthcare technology startup focused on fitness, seeks a passionate and experienced
Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our founding team.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (design, engineering, data science) to define product roadmap.
  • Translate user needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Champion user experience, ensuring an intuitive and engaging platform for all fitness levels.
  • Partner with engineers for flawless execution, delivering highquality features on time and within budget.
  • Monitor industry trends, recommend innovative solutions, and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Solid technical background (web technologies, familiarity with backend languages).
  • Excellent communication (technical & nontechnical audiences).
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).

Preferred Skills:


  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fitness and wellness knowledge.
  • Mobile app development experience.
  • Datadriven product decision making.
