About the team


Responsibilities:


  • The role will focus on product strategy and operations of the SMB Ad Growth Platform;
  • Act as the product specialist of the given products/features/projects, identifying critical growth areas impacting business growth, and educating and inspiring actions based on data-driven insights. Ensure solution delivery together with the key stakeholders, and monitor performance against defined success metrics;
  • Execute operational rigor and efficiency by prioritizing products and solutions, crafting communications and marketing materials, and developing and executing activations and programs to drive the success of related products/features;
  • Lead user feedback and issue management, effectively prioritize and develop products/features that impact AGP platform success metrics. Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to successfully launch and scale products across multiple channels.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and above;
  • Ideally 5+ years in product strategy, product marketing, growth, or equivalent function;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising or related fields, have a deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging ad solutions;
  • Quantitative analytical experience and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent project management and process management ability;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources (e.g. data sets, interview feedback, research);
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with global advertising solutions.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Prior Experience in dealing with SMB.
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones.
