As a Product Manager focused on Identity Platform capabilities, you will be pivotal in shaping innovative travel products, aligning with strategic business objectives, and satisfying customer needs.

We are on an exciting journey to expand our Identity platform with the aim to remove any friction for our customers, to make every interaction a better one while ensuring proper compliance and governance of the use of Expedia Group account holder data.

Your efforts will focus on unlocking business outcomes with key Identity capabilities, integrating advanced AI/ML technologies, conducting rigorous market analysis, and leading product direction with data-driven insights to maintain Expedia's competitive edge in the travel market.


What you will do:

  • Drive the creation of a strategic roadmap based on key themes that solve for short term and longterm business and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams within the Agile framework to make critical tradeoffs, ensuring the product is financially viable and meets customer needs. Integrate AI/ML functionalities into the product by overseeing the entire model development lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and clearly articulate the product's value proposition. Develop hypotheses linking product performance to industry trends.
  • Identify and resolve friction in the customer journey, align product goals between engineering and design teams, and conduct usercentric product validations.
  • Establish and review product success metrics regularly. Design and analyze product experiments, deriving insights for informed decisionmaking. Create and maintain product metric dashboards for crossfunctional us
  • Communicate persuasively across the organization, tailoring messages for impact and facilitating meaningful discussions about the product.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; or equivalent related professional experience
  • Strong strategic thinking with a customercentric approach.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML principles and model development.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to drive datainformed decisions.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams to achieve company goals.


The total cash range for this position in Austin is $137,500.00 to $192, Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
