    Job Description

    Job DescriptionDo you have a knack for organization and a passion for service? We are recruiting for a Housing Manager- M-Thurs 8:30-5, $20/hour


    Responsibilities:
    Manage Housing Program operations
    Conduct applicant screenings & lease approvals
    Oversee tenant relations & compliance
    Coordinate maintenance operations


    Duties Include:
    Application processing & waitlist management
    Conducting annual recertification
    Tenant communication & correspondence
    Financial management & reporting


    Preferred Qualifications:
    2 years of housing experience
    Knowledge of housing programs
    Willingness to become certified
