    Description

    Technical Lead Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and development of database solutions using cloud tools and technologies
    • Model and prototype database designs, own database scripts, analyze legacy data, and work on Azure Data Factory data pipelines
    • Collaborate closely with Principal, Cloud, and Platform Architects, and the Technical Delivery Lead
    • Design, develop, and optimize stored procedures in the Snowflake cloud data platform
    • Enhance efficiency and performance of data processing and analysis workflows

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology-related field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
    • 6+ years of experience in data warehouse and data lake ETL/ELT pipelines
    • 4+ years building Enterprise Data Warehouse from multiple sources
    • 4+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / Snowflake)
    • 4+ years with data transformation tools and services (Azure Data Factory)
    • 4+ years of SQL scripting experience with strong SQL knowledge
    • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline technologies (GitHub)
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

    Skills:

    • Lead a team of developers with diverse skills
    • Write technical design documents and implementation plans
    • Advanced SQL knowledge
    • Perform data analysis on Teradata, SQL Server, MongoDB, Oracle, etc.
    • Data integration into Snowflake using ETL/ELT patterns
    • Expertise in data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, SCD types, Data Vault modeling, etc.)
    • Strong interpersonal skills in teamwork and communication
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective planning and organizational skills
