PURPOSE OF THE JOB

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience

  • 6 years of experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Salesforce Industry (SFI), Marketing Cloud
  • 4 years of experience with Omnistudio Data Mapper and Data Raptors
  • 4 years of experience in database development using SQL Server
  • 4 years of experience with DevOps and Deployment tools
Required Education

  • High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study (All Levels)
Required Licenses

Required Certifications

  • N/A

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Work Experience

  • 7 years of experience with APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL
  • 7 years of experience with Gearset and Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tool
  • 7 years of experience of Salesforce Data model and integration strategies (ETL,API's)
  • 7 years of experience of Salesforce integration strategies and patterns

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate business requirements into wellarchitected customized solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
  • Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Omnistudio data mappers, Lightning Components), integrations with backoffice systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Provide overall knowledge of Salesforce Platform administration and assist with Salesforce upgrades
  • Assist with managing a team of Senior Developers, consultants and Analysts
  • Responsible for Salesforce deployment activities
  • Collaborate with team members to review user stories and supporting requirements
  • Follow industrystandard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models to ensure consistency
  • Assist production support when required
  • Assist in implementing new procedures, including workflows, manuals, and training materials.
  • Coordinate and develop training materials for other Developers
  • Participate in the project prioritization process
  • Train new staff in the use, understanding, and configuration of the files, terms, and methods used in programming.
  • Guide and mentor other developers in developing quality code
  • Conduct code reviews for internal developers and vendor development teams
  • Participate in corporate quality and data governance programs
  • Participate in oncall rotation
  • The position requires a fulltime work schedule. Fulltime is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.

  • Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rdparty APIs with the Salesforce platform. Indepth
- knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API

  • Create unit tests for new and existing code
  • Review and understand detailed business, functional and technical requirements

  • Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software
- product lifecycle

  • Provide production support for simple to intermediate incidents
  • Accurately document code, unit tests and other assigned work
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across
- disparate systems
