    This is an onsite position at our Ocotillo campus in Phoenix, Arizona and relocation assistance will be provided.

    As a key member of the project execution team, the Central Document Control Manager is responsible for leading the Document Control teams at multiple sites and oversees document management systems in our organization, Manage the department activities of Document Control including acceptance, distribution, maintenance, transfer, access, and reporting of project documentation and deliverables ensuring adherence to the Polices, SOPs, and work instructions related to the work being performed.

    As a Central Document Control Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    Ownership of the Document Control Program for Intel FCE Projects. Roll-out of the program to Intel Construction Project teams.
    Manage the procedures detailing how information is extracted, conveyed, shared, and are tracked in the electronic system.
    Executing A standard operating procedure for systems, user access, and content retention within the systems.
    Publishing A report template regarding delivery of Project Record Documents.
    Regular auditing of Document Control interactions and tasks, continuously driving system and process improvements.
    Reviews of system and processes to ensure they align with Intel's CMP (Construction Management Policies). Owner of CMP Doc Control section.
    Ownership and technical support of ICCT (Intel Construction Collaboration Tool).
    Trouble shooting of user issues
    Creation of new accounts, password resets
    Designing, building and maintaining complex workflows
    Quarterly user audits
    Research and testing of potential replacement systems.
    Support Intel's audit teams by facilitating access and swiftly providing requested information.
    Travel may be required to other Intel sites.

    Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

    Qualifications:
    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

    Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field with 4+ years work experience as a Document Control Manager with leadership, Hexagon SDx and BIM360 experience.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Working knowledge of Intel business processes / familiarity with Construction and Engineering processes.
    Computer skills with Microsoft Office, Access Database and similar systems.
    Experience in working with a high volume of service interactions daily.
    Track Record in providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
