    About The Position

    Altruist is stepping into an exciting new phase and is in need of a Sales Enablement Lead to become part of our Client Development team.

    What You'll Do

    • Establish, execute, evaluate, and consistently enhance our processes for onboarding, training, and equipping our sales team to achieve desired outcomes
    • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, sales operations, and product marketing to create and maintain accessible, organized, and up-to-date sales materials
    • Develop and deliver training using various methods to optimize efficiency and knowledge retention
    • Define onboarding objectives for the sales team, assess outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment and performance
    • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to pinpoint knowledge or skill gaps among sales team members and devise strategies to address and resolve these gaps
    • Lead special initiatives for sales leadership when necessary (e.g., preparing coaching resources, implementing new sales tools, designing certification programs)

    What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role within a B2B financial services or fintech company
    • Demonstrated track record of establishing, implementing, and continuously enhancing sales onboarding and training programs to enhance business results
    • In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes, competencies, and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, predictability, and scalability
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Dedication to high standards, data-informed decision-making, ongoing improvement, and collaboration
