    Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires

    Responsibilities:


    Screen, recruit, and interview potential employeesOn-board and train new employeesImplement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsCoordinate events focused on employee recognitionAccurately maintain employee filesQualifications:Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fieldsKnowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employeesStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelors degreeCompany Description Our MissionWindtree Education is a non-profit organization, encourages innovations, helps students build confidence, promotes teamwork, and inspires them to become future STEAM leaders.

    DescriptionBased on Windtree educational kits, products, we have developed Windtree Education curriculum for K-12 students and the training courses for the school teachers, instructors, or educators.

    By teaching students at school sites courses about computer science, robotics, coding, 3D design, Art and engineering, we imbue in them the means to solve the problems of today and the future.

    We deliver the equal education opportunity to the students from private or public schools, school districts, communities, including GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) students, migrant students, low income family students, special students and so on, to benefit all of them with the technology merging into education philosophy /concept to build up their vision of the future.
