LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a HR Generalist for a Direct Hire opportunity with a client in the Manufacturing industry. This role is onsite based in the Mauldin, SC area. In this role you will play a crucial part in recruiting, managing employee relations, and leading various HRIS projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support HR processes in Workday and JDE systems, including benefits enrollment, salary adjustments, and personnel changes.
Oversee hiring processes for salaried and hourly positions, from job postings and recruitment events to candidate sourcing and onboarding.
Provide guidance on HR systems, policies, and procedures to management and plant administrators, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
Administer and manage regional HR projects and programs, such as employee relations, training initiatives, development programs, and compliance with company policies.

Experience and Skills:

At least 1-3 years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar setting
Experience with HRIS systems

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Work hours: M-F / 8am - 5pm

Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
