    POSITION SUMMARY


    A successful candidate will be able to serve in multiple training roles including training management, instructional design, training delivery; will be able to successfully convey learning objectives to customers; and will engage in business development opportunities for the Training Market.

    Essential Functions Statements


    • Serves as a program manager for large scale projects and multiple small-scale projects.
    • Responsible to serve as liaison to training customer/host agency point of contact to discuss training objectives and requirements.
    • Develops bi-weekly reports on training operations.
    • Oversees and leads course development and curriculum updates using ADDIE development process:
    o Analyze

    o Design

    o Develop

    o Implement

    o Evaluate


    • Designs and builds training props and skill stations to enhance student training experience.
    • Develops operating budgets for each assigned training course.
    • Responsible for conducting training risk assessments and authors training safety plans.
    • Recruits and retains part time instructors in accordance with HR procedures.
    • Conducts in-service training for instructors on new curriculum, new technology, and educational methodologies.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


    • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years related experience.
    • Past DoD experience preferred.

    COMPUTER SKILLS


    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

    Also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    This position operates in a professional office environment and on location with the end-user / customer. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
