- Serves as a program manager for large scale projects and multiple small-scale projects.
- Responsible to serve as liaison to training customer/host agency point of contact to discuss training objectives and requirements.
- Develops bi-weekly reports on training operations.
- Oversees and leads course development and curriculum updates using ADDIE development process:
- Designs and builds training props and skill stations to enhance student training experience.
- Develops operating budgets for each assigned training course.
- Responsible for conducting training risk assessments and authors training safety plans.
- Recruits and retains part time instructors in accordance with HR procedures.
- Conducts in-service training for instructors on new curriculum, new technology, and educational methodologies.
