- Coordinate with external military human resource command and representatives, internal service elements, and Office of Human Resources (OHR) to validate requisitions and develop requisite JMAS student training schedules.
- Develop student class rosters for each JMAS iteration.
- Secure qualifications and perform duties as Unit Security Officer
- Verify student security clearance information and spouse interim access designations.
- Perform duties as Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) and Non-DTS Entry Agent (NDEA) in Defense Travel System (DTS) for student travel.
- Comply with applicable laws and directives to ensure successful completion of JMAS pipeline training by all students.
- Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other software programs for various work-related needs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business administration, personnel management, or intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An additional five (5) years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in a Military Training Environment
- Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies. Add on from the SOW, but good to have.
- Ability to design assessment methods and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Add on from the SOW, but good to have.
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor training initiatives within deadlines and budgets. Add on from the SOW, but good to have.

Cherokee Preting is seeking a Training Program Manager that will assist and support the execution of all training coordination functions required for the student training pipeline at the Joint Military Attach School (JMAS).
