- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Create architectural designs and drawings using CAD and other design software.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
- Prepare and review construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working on commercial and residential projects is preferred.
- LEED certification is a plus.
