- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all phases.
- Serving as the Owner's Representatives to WLG projects as well as third party engagements.
- Provide real-time project status updates to all stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
- Uphold White Lotus Group's commitment to quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Requesting proposals from architects and engineers for specific engagements and ultimately making recommendations
- Requesting proposals from general contractors and making recommendations on whom to hire
- Developing a development budget and schedule for associated projects
- Assigning roles within the organization on associated development efforts
- Coordinate with real-estate counsel and civil engineering teams through the entitlement process for each land development effort
- Coordinate with agents, tenants and associated stakeholders on timeline and billing associated for each development effort
- Proven expertise in leveraging technology for project management, with a strong track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- At least 5 years of construction management / project management experience in real-estate related fields
