We are currently seeking a new team member for our planning team at various locations in Nebraska City, NE. We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about developing and planning projects with our clients.

We are searching for an Architect (m/f/d) to join our team in Bodman, NE for the design and execution planning of challenging construction projects for the German medium-sized business sector.

Responsibilities

In close collaboration with our clients, you will conceptualize, develop, and design tailormade projects for turnkey construction in the commercial and industrial sector, as well as office buildings and production facilities.
You will work in a project team and coordinate the technical interfaces of all parties involved, such as authorities, internal and external specialist engineers.
Your tasks will also include creating execution drawings and detailed plans, as well as presenting and selecting materials for our clients.
Projects will be created using CAD software and 3D models (Nemetschek Allplan).
