Are you looking for a new challenge? Join our technology department in Lübeck: Construction engineer, architect or technician as project manager for construction (m/f/d).

You can expect a diverse range of tasks that will challenge both your creativity and your project expertise. Specifically, you will organize and oversee the implementation of new construction, renovation and modernization projects. You will be responsible for the implementation of projects in accordance with the HOAI.

Your tasks include coordinating all processes - both internally and externally, conducting site inspections, analyzing conditions and developing solutions, cost estimation, cost control and billing, managing project teams, and participating in all nine phases of the HOAI for multi-story residential new construction or complete renovations of multi-story buildings and underground garages.

You will also serve as a contact person for members and authorities in connection with construction measures.

Our requirements include a degree in civil engineering/architecture or alternatively, a qualification as a state-certified technician in the field of construction technology, professional experience in project management is desirable, creativity and assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills, and leadership abilities.
