Your task:

Managing and coordinating extensive and complex projects in building services for renowned clients
Responsibility for developing solutions, technical planning, and tendering of systems and facilities according to customer requirements and technical regulations
Leading planning teams in implementing building services projects using modern project management methods
Ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and resources as the project manager and client representative
Ongoing project communication with clients, building owners, architects, technical planners, and government representatives
Coordinating all external project participants
Scope of responsibilities includes project development, new construction projects, as well as renovation and refurbishment projects in existing properties
