    Description

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Revenue will have responsibility for all Non-Direct sales including boutiques, big-box, partnerships, corporate markets, marketplaces, and specialty stores. This executive will be a member of the senior leadership team, driving corporate strategies and ensuring alignment with revenue goals and operations. In this role, you will develop and implement growth strategies for each assigned account, visit prospective and existing customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure top-notch brand awareness.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Build, manage, and motivate a high-performance sales team in Luxury Fashion

    ● Drive both new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers; continue to evolve expectations around customer value, channel mix, and spend as the business grows and expands

    ● Translate strategies to execution for channel optimization, competitive pricing, and monetization opportunities

    ● Open new accounts for Hammitt and systematically prospect large accounts, boutiques, marketplaces, specialty, etc.

    ● Manage existing accounts, maximizing sales volume, partner satisfaction, and customer success

    ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative approaches to targeted companies and customers

    ● Maximize product penetration and margin amongst all Strategic Accounts

    ● Provide accurate, transparent revenue forecasting, and contribute to overall business planning

    ● Analyze sales reports to ensure both internal and external targets and revenue goals are achieved

    Core Competencies and Accomplishments:

    ● Minimum 10+ years of successful experience in building and leading elite sales organizations in Luxury Fashion

    ● Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota objectives

    ● Proven experience developing and refining sales processes, sales planning, and value propositions

    ● High proficiency integrating CRM strategies, technologies, data, analysis, and communications into the sale process

    ● Operate with a strong sense of urgency, creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment

    ● Demonstrated leadership skills with executive presence, charisma, and an excellent public speaker

    ● Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic environment
