Overview:

The Business Analyst will facilitate assigned projects by serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, users, and developers, setting and communicating project and product goals, developing software requirements, acceptance testing software, and overseeing software deployments and product rollouts.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product leadership, senior stakeholders, and external audiences to design and develop product roadmaps and understand business needs of technology solutions.

Create software requirements and specifications in collaboration with subject matter experts, end users, and product leadership across a range of technology projects.

Work on cross-functional Agile Scrum team to oversee development and deployment of software and other technology solutions.

Manage broad communications and engage directly with end users regarding enhancements, defects, and strategy of products, with a high-level of customer service and soliciting constructive feedback.

Propose recommendations and improvements across technology products to improve the outcomes for our end users and across operations and processes to improve our own efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
4+ years direct experience in a software development-related role
