Position Summary

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr.

Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the "so-what's" therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations.

Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

35 years of experience within the Healthcare field (payer or provider)
Extensive experience in writing BRD, Functional Specification documents and Process flows.
Extensive experience in conducting Feasibility Studies, Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Expert Quality Assurance testing including: functional, integration, system, regression, and data driven testing experience in creating and developing strategic test plans, cases and reports
Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC
Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and workflow business rules
Experience with thirdparty tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc.)
Indepth understanding of SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
Ability to manage work of remote Salesforce Developers
Should have knowledge in Data Migration and Integration (SSO and web services)
Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges
Willingness to travel

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $155,000.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.

The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy.

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $182,900.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
