- Ensures all travel arrangements are properly planned, executed, and documented to provide a seamless experience and in alignment with company travel policies.
- Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need while keeping a focus on cost efficiencies.
- Schedules all travel arrangements and reservations when requests are within approved travel reasons and budget limits; Notifies employee to obtain approval from leadership if request is outside of company travel guidelines.
- Possesses meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate booking information, travel documentation, and expense tracking.
- Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to appropriate team member(s).
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple travel requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems, industry trends, and travel-related regulations and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, travel vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates customer service attitude with the ability to provide exceptional support to employees, anticipating their needs and resolving concerns.
- Applies strong problem-solving skills to address travel-related issues, find suitable alternatives, and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle unexpected situations efficiently.
- Must be available after hours and weekends to accept calls and schedule accommodations as needed.

- Strong working knowledge of travel industry and served as Corporate Travel Coordinator in large organization.
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- In-office position requires regular and reliable attendance.
- Four to seven years of previous experience in a Corporate Travel Coordinator position with the primary focus on travel coordination in a large organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
