- Drive media results : Build relationships with media/influencers/tastemakers, and oversee junior account team to drive, and exceed, goals. Ensure that client results meet 90% of defined KPIs, and that proactive relationships are grown by 1-2 per month.
- Successfully lead project management : Ensure that all client projects, tactical programs, and MAPS/reporting are executed on time and to TJC standards.

Your exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple client accounts will be instrumental in driving the agency's success.
Key responsibilities for our account managers include:
Build trust as the day-to-day communicator : Lead tactical client communications, both reactively and proactively, communicating where projects stand, anticipating questions/needs, and responding in a timely manner to keep solid client relationships.
Act as the 'keeper of the brand' : Ensure that all brand materials and pitches are on message, consistent with the clients' + TJC's quality standards, and can achieve results: 100% of all outgoing campaigns, copy, and final materials meet TJC quality and client brand standards.
Deliver for the strategic lead : communicate and deliver status of all client projects to the client lead/partner on a weekly basis.
Highlight and drive tactical next steps, and deliver minimum 1-2 creative campaigns/projects/or pitches per month that fit in the client tactics as well as media results that meet set media goals.
