    Your Role and Responsibilities

    IBM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to support the product strategy, development, and implementation for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platforms and solutions, working collaboratively with the product teams.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and education, with a proven track record in product marketing and management.

    This role requires leadership skills to manage a global team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and outcomes.

    The marketing manager is the voice of our beneficiaries, non-profit partners, and clients and therefore, own the messaging and positioning, competitive intelligence, core content and collateral and product launch moments.

    The Product Marketing Manager will inform the roadmap and ensure we convey the right business value to our targeted communities as we go to market.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of CSR and ESG platforms and solutions.
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in sustainability and education sectors.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Experience, Events, and Media (paid, earned, and social) to define requirements and opportunities.
    • Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to the Corporate Social Responsibility audiences (Students/Learners, Non-Profit Partners, Governments).
    • Drive go-to-market planning and execution, including new program launches and marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on campaigns.
    • Manage a global team of product marketers, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including partners, industry influencers, and non-profit organizations.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to CSR and ESG.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) in product marketing, product management, or related roles, preferably in the technology and/or consumer goods industry.
    • Deep understanding of CSR, ESG, sustainability, and education concepts, trends, and best practices.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing global teams.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
    • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
