- Manage and program social media channels with compelling content that drives engagement (from food & beverage sales to leisure/corporate travel to event attendance) while aligning with brand voice and aesthetic.
- Manage digital channels (website, business listings, etc.) ensuring that brand voice and aesthetic is consistent, and information is accurate and compelling.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and promotion of special events and activations aimed to welcome and engage the local community in interesting, creative, and inspiring ways.
- Create visual collateral, from property signage and menus to logo-ed merchandise and event invitations.
- Work hand-in-hand with property teams to develop, execute, and promote a marketing calendar of compelling promotions.
- Act as "account manager" for your properties: lead regularly scheduled check-in conversations, maintain good notes that are helpful to the property team, be a helpful resource to the team, and more
- Manage direct response channels like email marketing and paid media, as well as automated communication with guests.
- Compile monthly marketing performance reports and use this data to inform and improve future efforts.
- Be excited to develop professionally, maintain a high level of digital marketing knowledge, and to learn what you don't already know, with support and resources from our team.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and leading our marketing team members.
- Marketing experience required.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills who can effectively convey and manage different brand voices.
- Strong sense of visual style and design. Photography, videography, and/or graphic design skills are preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or a strong willingness to learn) is a plus.
- Passion for food and beverage, hospitality, and immersing yourself into local communities.
- Proactive, disciplined, comfortable working independently, and excited to use project management tools like Asana.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Skilled at establishing effective relationships, and a team player who can work and communicate with counterparts from different departments to achieve goals.
- Confidence and emotional intelligence to present ideas and work through challenges with stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and focus on multiple priorities at a time.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends with the ability to travel and visit properties throughout the week.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As Marketing Manager, you will be the proverbial "wearer of many hats." You will be responsible for managing the marketing activities for a couple properties you "own" while helping our VP of Marketing oversee the marketing activities of all the properties in our portfolio. This is a creative position where throughout your day you will bounce between tactics including event activations, website management, social media content creation, email marketing, collateral design, photo shoots, paid media, and mentorship of our marketing and property teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $75,000 dependent on experience. Paid time off and holiday pay. Health insurance 100% paid by employer including vision, dental, and wellness rewards program.
