- Record deposits daily and create cash accounts receivable records in claims billing software, ensuring that transactions are processed with 100% accuracy.
- Process client refund checks using claims billing software.
- Send clients fund requests daily.
- Collaborate with the Posting Department in correcting/resolving any cash accounts receivable record discrepancies and/or issues.
- Send tax & surcharge funding request to the clients and report to the state.
- Load bank CDs into claims billing software, monthly.
- Process and reconcile 100% of bank check printing files.
- Assist in the recompiling of back up/records for audit purposes.
- Serve as back up for other accounting personnel as needed.
- High School diploma or GED mandatory; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of medical claims and customer service preferred.

Annual Salary Range: $39,520 - $49,920
