Overview:

Responsibilities:

Scan and file invoice packets.
Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
Clerical duties, including filing and scanning documents and assist with department projects.
Gather, organize, and verify Bill of Lading forms (BOLs) and Order Confirmations (OCs).
Prepare payables from outside vendors.
Track and verify incoming invoices.
Prepare and verify payments for mailing.
Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or its equivalent, however, possession of Associates Degree in Accounting is preferable.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
Strong ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time, prioritize assignments, and ensure details are followed in executing tasks
Ability to operate and utilize adding machines, copy, fax, scanner, printer, and personal computers
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
Possess Outstanding problemsolving, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently

California Pay Transparency:
Base Range $20.00/hour + Benefits + PTO
