    About the Organization Priestley Management Company has been a leader in community association management since 1990. Our mission is to provide superior customer service while preserving, protecting, and enhancing the value of our customer's asset.

    We achieve this using a team approach to provide the following services to homeowner associations throughout North Carolina:
    physical property management, financial services, administrative services, and technology services. Description We are currently seeking an assistant association manager.


    Specific duties include:

    Handling work orders Enforcing rules and regulations Performing property inspections Coordinating social calendars Monitoring property maintenance Developing budgets Reviewing insurance Attending board and annual meetings Maintaining association files Assisting homeowners Position Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong conflict resolution skills Strong customer service skills Strong organizational skills Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Association/property management experience a plus Category Management Position Assistant Community Manager Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt Open Date 4/10/2024 Number of Openings 1 Number Filled 0 Location Wilmington EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
