At Airlie Outdoor in Wilmington, NC, I served as a Team Lead from January 2020 to October 2022, where I contributed to marketing strategies, including social media and website creation. I managed small teams, ensured smooth project operations, and coordinated material deliveries to job sites. My commitment to exceeding customer expectations was a hallmark of my tenure there.

At Home Depot in Wilmington, NC, I worked as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2022 to August 2022. In this role, I effectively addressed and resolved customer inquiries, provided detailed product information to guide purchasing decisions, and used critical thinking to troubleshoot network issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
