    Description
    Overview:
    Sell products to Business-to-Business (B2B) clients by maintaining positive customer relationships. This involves contacting customers, building rapport, and suggesting product/service enhancements to promote customer loyalty, boost sales, and ensure a great customer service experience.

    Compensation:
    • $20/hr. + Sales Performance Plan (Up to $56k/yr. Total Comp)

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Promote relevant products to meet customer needs and maintain customer accounts.
    • Enhance customer relationships by offering exceptional service, exceeding expectations, and achieving retention goals.
    • Follow up with clients to close sales and surpass revenue targets.
    • Cultivate relationships with new and existing B2B customers.
    • Maintain client databases to track purchasing trends and proactively identify selling opportunities.
    • Gain thorough industry knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Participate in daily meetings and sales training to utilize proper sales techniques and provide accurate information to customers.
    • Attend sales group meetings to discuss targets and market conditions.
    • Perform assigned duties.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
    • Age requirement: 21 years or older.
