Currently we are conducting a search for Sales Associated or Retail Sales Consultant for our main Store in Miami. If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience and are ready to try new opportunities.     JOB DESCRIPTION

    Sales Associate

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Person, who can bring an immediate, positive impact to our Retail Store in Miami. You will be performing task like:

    · Answering daily phone calls from Customers.

    · Generate quotes for customer needs.

    · Accepting and processing orders in the Sales Management system, operate the POS system and resolve any returns issues.

    · Recommend related products to increase customer's options and enrich the shopping experience.

    · Management of a regular client book for follow up sales.

    · Support the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales goals.

    · Develop a strong relationship with Clients to meet their needs and be recurring.

    · Clean and maintain organization in the sales Department.

    Minimum Requirements

    · Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and customer service

    · Exceptional customer service skills

    · Strong communication skills

    · Quick learning style

    · Motivated and committed with a desire to succeed in the Awards industry.

    · Team work attitude and very professional

    · High school level

    · Processes oriented

    · Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service;
