    Description

    About the Job:

    Come join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers! We are currently looking for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to work at our Cannon House Assisted Living Facility in Seattle.

    Position Summary:

    As a full-time CNA at Sea Mar, your main role will be to assist in direct patient care under the guidance of a licensed nurse. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing positive relationships with residents
    • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any health issues
    • Assisting with personal hygiene and toileting
    • Providing meals and maintaining cleanliness
    • Supporting residents with various activities

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program
    • Current CNA license in WA state
    • Effective communication skills
    • Flexibility in performing duties
    • Clear background and abuse/fraud registry checks

    Desirable Skills:

    • Previous Long Term Care Experience
    • English proficiency
    • Bilingual in Spanish/English
