    Job Summary:
    Join Washington Care Center in Seattle, Washington as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Your role will involve delivering top-notch nursing care with a focus on resident rights, dignity, and individuality. You'll provide personalized attention, support residents in achieving their best physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, and respond promptly and courteously to residents' needs.

    Essential Functions:

    • Answer signal lights.
    • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
    • Support residents with feeding and mobility needs.
    • Take vital signs and maintain accurate records.
    • Complete necessary documentation.

    Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Active CNA Certification in the employing state.
    • Minimum of three months' experience as a Nursing Assistant in long-term care (preferred).
    • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Effective and respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
