    Sign On Bonus:

    Available Schedule(s):


    • Option 1:
      Evening shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm

    • Option 2:
      Night shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am


    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)


    Horizon House is actively seeking a vibrant Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our residents to live their best lives.


    As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal care and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our elders.


    The ideal candidate will have:


    • An active WA State Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) (NAC)
    • CPR + AED - BLS Certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire)
    • WA State Food Worker Card (to be obtained within 14 days of hire)
    • WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training Certificate & WA DSHS Mental Health Specialty Training Certificate (must complete within 90 days of hire if not done previously)
    • The ability to work towards common goals, foster open communication, and contribute to a positive team environment.
