    Job Title: Nursing Assistant at [Company Name]

    Qualifications:

    • United States Citizenship required
    • Minimum education of one year above high school related to the NA occupation
    • English Language Proficiency in spoken and written English

    Grade Determinations:

    • GS-3 (Entry Level) - Basic requirements and supervised experience
    • GS-4 - Specialized experience or education above high school
    • GS-5 (Full Performance Level) - Progressive assignments or bachelor's degree in health care

    Duties:

    • Provide clinical support to adult and geriatric Veterans under the direction of RN and LPN
    • Maintain knowledge of care practices and activities for daily living
    • Assist in nursing care, range of motion exercises, routine procedures, and patient/resident care
    • Participate in planning and implementing patient care activities

    Work Schedule: Seattle and Tacoma locations with various shifts available

    Work Environment Requirements:

    • Heavy lifting, walking, standing, bending, and ability to distinguish basic colors
