- Invoice applicants for pre-application fees and ensure timely payment processing.
- Handle documentation preparation and communication with applicants and internal teams.
- Update databases with accurate information and maintain compliance records.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the application and construction phases.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in affordable housing or community development preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
