- Manages queries from university departments, faculty and students.
- Files and updates contact information of students and clinical agency partners.
- Coordinates upload of undergraduate course syllabi and faculty CVs.

Description
Performs administrative and programmatic activities that support faculty role and responsibilities related to teaching activities in the Dallas nursing programs.
Coordinates, manages and implements program-related activities, following policies and guidelines.Work is performed under general supervision of the Associate Dean and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.
The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but not limited to the following:
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Performs other duties as requested.
Bachelor's degree in education, technology, business, or other related area. Master's degree preferred.
Five years of administrative experience in business, education, technology, or other related areas. Experience in database development and technology preferred.
Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.

The employee may be required to travel.
